For more than 23 years, that belief has guided my work. I’ve been brought into schools and organizations at critical moments—when challenges felt overwhelming, priorities were unclear, and systems were no longer working as they should.
What I saw consistently was this:
Leaders weren’t lacking vision—they were lacking support.
Operations were strained. Systems were stretched thin.
The responsibility of holding everything together often fell on people who were already carrying more than their share.
In education especially, the impact reaches beyond the organization.
When operations aren’t strong, it affects the experience and outcomes of the students being served. That’s something I’ve never been willing to accept. So instead of continuing to ask if there was a better way, I committed to building one.
